B.C. Killough [ managing member ]
For Bill Killough, excellent client service includes not only prompt responses to client inquiries and excellent work product, but also a level of proactiveness that is rare in the reactive world of legal services. Whether he is developing litigation strategy or prosecuting a patent application, he believes that anticipating client needs under changing circumstances and structuring the deal accordingly is the true test of client service.
Killough's business and engineering experience is what gives him the depth to anticipate client needs. With an undergraduate degree in industrial engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, he began his career with Cummins Engine Company as an engineer. He obtained a Masters Degree in Business Administration and a Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina to prepare for a career as an intellectual property and commercial transaction attorney, a craft he has been practicing since 1979.
A native of Kentucky, Killough is an instrument rated private pilot. He is a licensed title insurance agent in South Carolina, and he holds an AV Martindale-Hubble rating, representing the highest level of professional excellence.
