Barbara J. Wagner, Ph.D. [ associate attorney]
Dr. Barbara Wagner's resume leaves no doubt that she is remarkably accomplished: doctorate in law, doctorate in chemistry, 20 U.S. patents, Chemistry Professor at the College of Charleston. What doesn't appear on her resume are the 15 marathons and seven-day-a-week running schedule, which says as much about her drive to excel as anything on her resume.
An Indiana native, Dr. Barbara Wagner received her education from Indiana University (B.S.), the University of California, Davis (Ph.D.), and graduated magna cum laude from the first graduating class of the Charleston School of Law. While in law school she was a member of the Charleston Law Review and the Maritime Law Bulletin.
Dr. Wagner holds 20 U.S. and numerous foreign patents, and is the author of several scientific articles. Previously, she worked as a research chemist in the Charleston area and as a Chemistry Professor at the College of Charleston.
