Todd M. Musheff [ special counsel]

Todd Musheff, a Barnwell Whaley attorney at law

Although Todd Musheff commonly handles complex litigation involving environmental, regulatory and difficult business issues, he believes that "litigation is a horrible way to solve any problem," preferring to work "toward a favorable end result as quickly as possible." Conserving the client's resources, which can often be used more productively elsewhere in his business, is Todd's paramount goal.

From working in private practice with individuals and businesses ranging from the family-owned business to the Fortune 200 corporation, and internationally with foreign governments, to serving as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Clifford E. Brown of the Ohio Supreme Court, to supervising multiple practice areas of a state Attorney General’s Environmental Section, Todd is familiar with the complexities faced today by the regulated community.  He has appeared before numerous federal and state courts and multiple administrative tribunals to protect the interests of businesses, developers, and property owners.

When not practicing law, you might find Todd and family tent camping in the Blue Ridge Mountains or running off the stress of a litigious life. Todd is a member of the St. Andrews Anglican Church where he is a member of the Missions Committee and a lay leader. He is currently serving on the board of the Home Owners Association in his community.
