South Carolina native Mel Driggers-Mason, has more than 20 years experience as a paralegal, assisting in the areas of Medical Malpractice; Product Liability; Complex Litigation; Intellectual Property Litigation & HIPAA.  

She has authored chapters on Organizing the Records for Easy Retrieval for the Medical Records for South Carolina Attorneys Seminar, published in 2004 by the National Business Institute, as well as Successful Techniques For Using Evidence and Exhibits for the Trial Preparation From Start to Finish for Paralegals Seminar, published in 2006 by the Institute for Paralegal Education. 

 

Ms. Driggers-Mason served as guest speaker for the 2007 annual meeting of the SC ACS and SC Surgical Society. 

A graduate of the University of South Carolina under its Certified Paralegal Studies, Mel is a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants/Paralegals.  Additionally, she has successfully worked on several different political campaigns, including Dorchester County Council, Berkeley County Coroner and State Senate campaigns.
